No offensive scoring drive was more than three minutes. The fast paced offense of the Grizzlies paid off all night. It did as sophomore kicker Carson Arndt nailed a 50-yard field goal in the fourth quarter and a 38-yard field goal in the third quarter for the Grizzlies. “We even put our kickers in situations where the whole team’s around them screaming at them and it showed tonight.” We went back to the details we focused on all that stuff in practice. “We went back to the drawing board and said listen, we’re never going to walk off the field again this year saying that we got out physical at any point of the game,” he said. Vignery echoed the bad taste and went back to the basics a little bit. “That game last week left a bad taste in our mouth,” sophomore linebacker Mason Thrash said.
